Service Description

On this tour, you can enjoy a lesson in making original temari sushi, invented by Marco, a famous Italian sushi chef. The temari sushi on this tour is different from the ordinary ones, and you will experience making a new type of temari sushi in the 21st century that combines traditional techniques with Marco's innovative techniques. Participants will be able to use tuna to create Marco's original menu items, "Afro Tuna Balls" and "Beautiful Mosaic Pattern Temari Sushi." These creations are technically a little more difficult than regular temari sushi, but the chef in charge will provide thorough support, so even beginners can enjoy the experience with peace of mind. Furthermore, this experience will not only allow you to make temari sushi, but also deepen your knowledge of the culture and ingredients behind the cuisine. As you learn the stories behind each dish and the meanings of the ingredients, you will not only enjoy cooking, but also deepen your understanding of food culture.
